still have the problem of juice occasionally dribbling out of the air hole

Could it be condensate rather than a leak? I notice sometimes at the end of a draw, a puff of vapour comes out the airhole. (I assume some condenses in the channel, and runs out when atty is "resting").

Changed all the o rings and still have the problem of juice occasionally dribbling out of the air hole. Only happens once a day maybe and it's only about a pin head amount.

So annoying!

Unscrew the top cap and empty it out,tip base up and blow any juice out that has been collected in the bottom overflow chamber.Put it all back together again,cover the air hole with finger and fill it up from the top just below the threads.Screw top back down just so it starts to touch the top "O" ring, with finger still on the air hole tip the atty upside down.Take finger off air hole and quickly screw the top all the way on.Turn the atty back up and you should notice a large air bubble rise up.You have now equalised the pressure in the tank.Take a few draws on it,the first couple might gurgle a little but will soon dissapear.Enjoy.

As in the case of my Genuine Kayfun Lite+ the filling screw itself hasa couple of tight spots as you tighten

I get it when i get a little bit of flooding, Try upping the amount of wick you have a tiny bit.
