Like above posters mentioned, the flavour becomes weak and muted and the hit is dry and scratchy on the back of your throat. I know sometimes you might get something similar if you're not wicking (getting a good flow of juice to your wick) well but if everything has been working dandy then this is your first warming of an empty tank.

The vape gets drier before it burns. Always top fill, don't have to fiddle with it, just screw the top back on & no leaks - at least not now I feed the cotton down the channels. Couldn't stop leaks when I only covered the top of the channels with the cotton
