Hmm, that's interesting. What brand of batteries, capacity, amperage are you using?

This is HIGHLY DANGEROUS. The K-Box was not designed to take 7.4 volts. Stacking the batteries is just about the worst thing you can do for a mod that's not designed to do it. You are basically running around with a time-bomb in your pocket. Due to a) possible shorts from the batteries and b) the device not being designed to take 7.4v. If you want a long lasting device, go and get a dual battery regulated device, don't mod a device that's only meant to take 4.2v.

::Edit::
The fact that the batteries are running in Series whilst stacked, will not increase the life, it only increased the Voltage. You're looking at a max of 2000mAh depending on the batteries, so it's actually worse that running a 25R or HE4 rated at 2500mAh.

Prior to my earlier reply I'd had a look around and was indeed pondering whether the voltage was a) too much for the kbox electronics and b) too much voltage for the coil. I'm not sufficiently experienced in these matters to know how to ask about this or question it. Thanks for your informative post.

Cheers
