KFL+ Double Barrel Sub Ohm Coil

So I decided to give that Riptrippers double barrel coil a go on the kayfun lite plus. Bearing in mind I've been vaping for 2 months (ego> mvp2> provari mini> nemesis) also I've been awake for around 32 hours lol

Anyway I torched and wrapped my 28g kanthal around a 1.3mm screwdriver with 8 wraps. Did that twice so I was left with 2 coils. I left the legs quite long so I could do full wraps around the posts. Anyway I was left with this


Checked the ohm reading on my mvp2 and it displayed 0.4 ohms. Stuck it on the nem and fired it up. It was glowing perfectly from the inside out


I then got my cotton and made two thin wicks and put them through the coils. This bit wqs quite fidly as the coils where smaller in diameter to what I'm used to.


I then cut the wicks and smothered with some custom banana and chocolate 50/50 juice from 8bitvape. Fired her up and could tell this build was going to be good


Screwed the chimney on and assembled the rest of the tank and filled with juice.


I'm loving this build. Its a really warm vape but that's what I like. Anyway just wanted to share as this is my best build since getting in to this great hobby and I'm really proud of it

keep an eye on the positive terminal insulator in case it melts

I wonder how this would work with ekowool or other silica and not cotton.

Firstly odd number of coils on either side and then I think they were touching together might try again today what pg/vg ratio mix did you use I usually do 70pg/30vg

In this build I'm using 50/50 juice. You don't want the coils touching
