Just a short note to say thanks for the excellent service recieved, there was a slight mix up with NiFe 30 wire I had ordered, I emailed Rob with a description of the issue and pics.

Shortly later I recieved an email advising they had resent the order, at their expense, and despite me offering to meet at least some of the cost , Rob would not hear of it.

Cracking customer service Imo!

Years ago, I was a regular in a pub that was short staffed for a while and having never worked behind a bar before offered to help out and try my hand at the job.

The landlord told me there was one rule. "You drink your mistakes"

I only ever worked there one night but the lesson stayed with me, just with less puking
