They like to have at least 3 weeks but it's kinda random, & once all the holiday slots are full, they're full.

Right, I no longer work Sundays (Yay!) so any Saturday will do for me.... But have a jig to go to on the 31st May.

July 5th does have the most votes so I say we go for that one, however if you'd prefer a June meet then speak up!

I'll give the Swan & Rushes a call tomorrow to see if there are any dates they have anything on where we might not be as welcome as we usually are and will update.

By all means if you're in a hotel for the night arrange roomshares with other apes etc and we'll get something set in stone by the end of the weekend!
