Hello @ianleeds I may be able to help. To be honest I've only just started looking into VF, and as always late to the party I'm in York and hoping to go both days, setting off early(ish) Saturday am, and you're not far off my route so I'd be happy to chauffeur you sir. I only have a little tent so I hope you have your own? I'll pm you with my contact details, once I've booked myself in the next day or so if that's ok?

Yes I have my own tent and camping gear and I am only 10 mins away from the Leeds side of the A64, down the A1/M1 and off at jn44.
From my place we can easily pick up the M621/M62 east 5 mins away, then down the M6/M56/A49 right to the site. 116 miles door to door from my house, the quickest and shortest route.
Thanks again for your offer and I will await your PM when you have booked yourself in, and we can then work out the finer details....and the first pint when we arrive is on me
