What's new

Looking to upgrade my vape thingy.

Vamo is the first (IMO ) affordable variable voltage variable wattage, mod which can take different size batteries for different Vape times with a 510 and ego thread. Versatility. Affordability. Good value in a nutshell.

Cheers Mr ZT for the heads up. i will check it out tomoz but being lazy atm can you say if it uses the tank carto setup?

told you i would do your nut in.,

Just a tip if you want to alert someone to your post Barracuda put a @ just before their forum name ;)

I agree with all the above.

The Vamo has proven itself to be good value for money.

I swore by just simple eGo style batteries, just press a button, without all the fuss of turning this pressing that etc.

But now, the Vamo has replaced all my eGo's, except for one.

I now love the fact that when you change the voltage, or wattage, it completely changes the flavour etc, you're using, and the Vamo is a real easy to use devuce without too much fussing about

@ZT

hi buddy, had a looksie at this now and decided to go for it.

i am however slightly confused with the battery side of things for it, first off from the spec list it states different battery numbers so what/how do i know what the differences is between them?
second, i can't find those battery numbers on that site dude, prob looking at it wrong but hoping you could shed some light dude. :)

Righto Barracuda

basically the Vamo takes 2 sizes of battery (you will need a handful of batteries and a charger)

it stakes 18650 (bigger) batteries .. which will last you well over a day .. possibly 2 , but make the mod quite big .. I use these at home

it will also take 18350 (smaller batteries) which make the mod quite small and tidy .. but you will only get half a day ish out of them (i use these when Im out and carry spares)

would suggest a mixture of both.

Batteries are a bit of a minefield, basically you want to stick to these makes "AW , Senybor , eFEst"

the third battery configuration it talks about is stacking 2 x 18350 batteries and IMO is not to be recommended ... although with this mod is supposed to be safe .. stacking these types of batteries is a personal no no for me.

Smaller (18350) Batteries :

I do recommend Stealthvape for this kinda ting coz the dude knows what hes talking about.

at the very least you will need 2 batteries and a charger ..

@ZT
Cheers Zombie for the links.

that has made a bit more sense now looking at them.

am i right in saying that depending on which type you use the overall size of the stick can be changed to suit?

also whats wrong with stacking 2 18350's together, surely it must be the same size as the bigger one.
