low resistance vs standard resistance noob questions

Hi all. I've had to get some new cartos, being the know it all that I am and against all good advice I'd read I decided to clean all 5 cartos with warm water and let them dry. Now they taste a bit duff and don't produce much vapour. After a bit of research I thought I'd go with some xxl boge low resistance (I'm guessing/hoping they'll be OK with my riva 1100) as even 24mg juice can seem a bit weak sometimes. I've yet to receive them and wondered if I can expect much difference from standard? And I suppose a bit of re assurance that the lr cartos are suitable for my battery. Thank you in advanced.

LR gives you a warmer vape and are great at low voltages, you should be fine
