Update: So i tried ringing today just to see if they were open and they are but!! after 4 phone calls 2 of them that keep putting me at the back of the queue then i got 2 where it actually put me through to someone ......who did not speak and sounded like they were watching tv in the background......if they dont want to talk or answer leave the message on the phone that they are not open grrr
