Thanks for that both, chopper I got a little confused with the nicotine being vg/pg based, always thought nicotine was nicotine, but your explanation of both makes me think I understand what your saying, lol.
Not so sure footed on the one shot concentrates as opposed to concentrates.
I spent well over £100 in vapefest yesterday, visited my favourite juice supplier tmax of which cost me a few pennies, bought a new tesla battery, don't any supplier make a big standard 40 watt battery anymore, most of the ones I saw yesterday had to be connected to computer.
Anyway let's have a crack at homemade juice and thanks again
Glad it cleared up any confusion. Sorry for the essay, just many people I see on POTV ask for advice when starting out DIY so thought I'd make an essay trying to explain what I get where from and why I get it so you will probably see the essay on many threads.
The one shot concentrates I'd advise starting with them until you're comfortable with DIY, then start adding flavours to the one shots to enhance to your tastes, and experimenting with different %s and how they change the final taste.
One shots are good as they're mostly shake and vapes, no steeping required although a little steep may improve them.
As suggested above, the ready built mixing kits available from vapable and other companies personally I would never buy. They end up costing about a fiver more than buying the different bits and bobs separate, and for me I prefer that fiver in my pocket than someone else's
With darkstar, delivery can be up to a week, and with vapable their deliveries to me have always been next day (I order before 6am mind) and they send emails saying that the order is dispatched. Honestly, I can't speak highly enough of vapable, I just wish they would compete with darkstars prices on nic, VG and PG.
Honestly though, I seriously wouldn't bother with VG nic unless you want above 85 VG final mix, VG can be a pain in the arse to work with. Imagine dealing with cough syrup with a syringe with a blunt tip dispensing needle.
Start with mixing by syringe till you know you want to carry on DIY, then invest in some scales that weigh to 0.01grams (the kind that drug dealers use to weigh their products) you can pick them up for under a tenner on Amazon, you'll find it's quicker and less messy than syringes.
