Works fine for me, it's next to wishlist and your account in the top right of screen.

It's the same on all mobile browsers I tried (Chrome, Naked Browser, Default Android.)

And he's not tried that yet... Surely that's the last resort?.. Cunt

Unfortunately it appears the jammy bugger has either done a runner or is off for the christmas period.

Its ok though, I will be waiting by the phone with a big fresh salmon in hand until I have a response!

Unfortunately due to the christmas period that has elapsed there was a delay put on the manufacture of our new batch of nicotine. We were expecting this in late last week but have now been advised by Alchem international that we will not be receiving our stock until next Friday.


All orders placed in the interim have been put on hold and will be dispatched alongside a free concentrate once our consignment has been received. Alternatively if you would like a refund on your order then please let me know and I will process this immediately.


As a resolution we have increased our order quantitys to prevent this from happening moving forward.

Afternoon All!

I am pleased to announce we have just received a fresh batch of PG based nicotine! All orders that were placed on hold will receive a free concentrate as a thank you for your patience and will be dispatched either today or monday for a next working day delivery.

Our response times have been a little slower than normal in December due to a HUGE increase in orders from customers both wholesale and retail. We have been taking time to re-organise our operations to ensure that a top level of customer service can be maintained in the future.

So what have we done?

Deliverys:
As of next monday all customers will receive text updates to notify them of tracking information and when there packages are shipped and dispatched. We have moved over to a new courier for our retail customers meaning that you will now be notified within the hour of when your package will be delivered.

Stock:
We have now doubled our order quantities for all base chemicals such as nicotine, PG & VG. Additionally we have created a separate stock system for both retail and wholesale products meaning that both can be managed more effectively. On top of this we have increased our minimum stock levels for both sectors which should prevent us from going out of stock in the future.

Customer Service:
I have hired a new member of staff to handle operations in the warehouse, Elliott our new warehouse manager will be solely responsible for ensuring that all orders are packed and dispatched on time and all customers will be notified immediately should there be any issues with your order.

For our business customers, we have now teamed up with monmouth scientific to supply both laminar flow cabinets and cost effective clean room solutions. More information on this will become available early february.

I would like to say a massive thank you to the whole community for your continued support and patience, customer service is our number one priority and we are working as hard as possible to get ahead of the curve and create a smoother and more user friendly experience for our customers.
