Matching 3D printed fire Button & Drip tips.

My Prototyping of the Panels is more or less complete and ready to produce so I can focus on these now.

I've been trying various 510 drip tips and amazed how much the vape varies.

I'm going to try a few types and see which way to go, but I am thinking matchy matchy kit with panels or at least a contrast colour, I need to source some silicon o-rings first.

I'm afraid I can't do multi colour but on the button I will try an insert 2 piece glued in, logo wise, there is very little room so it might be a pattern.

I was thinking of a very slight oval button or indented, but anyway after users opinions so I can find a happy medium and design a few styles of buttons and drip tips.

First attempt (never designed a drip tip before) I've made this a narrow bore (3mm) and hopefully mouth friendly ergonomics, it's roughly based on the standard SXK one.

Can this be done as a 4mm Version Si?

Agree with Rob, 4mm is my preferred bore size for MTL

Printed off the 4mm, for MTL I preferred the 3mm, are you sure about the 4mm?

4mm is good for DTL though.

That said looking at all my MTL drip tips most are around 5mm so it makes me wonder if there is a reason for this?

I find that if the tip is too narrow it draws juice up into your mouth. It depends on the chimney size though.

Makes sense cheers, will try the 4mm again.

Any suggestions for DTL? or will 4mm be good for both?

I am guessing 4mm will be too tight for DL, but i only MTL so can't say for sure
