I have an habit of giving my juice a shake every time i am about to use it, i don't know why it's probably mixed ok after my first vigorous shake.

Why is nobody considering that it might taste burny because the wick is being burnt for the usual reasons of of not being primed properly or juice too thick for the coil, or power too high?

Does poorly mixed juice taste burny ?
I have never come across this.

The problem is, as with most on here, is than person to person, most of us could sort problems for others fairly quickly.

Only having a worded option to dissect makes it all the more difficult.

A few more words about the kit, juice, power etc would go a long way towards understanding the problem and finding a solution.
It is anybodys guess at the moment what the problem is.
Perhaps he has just bought a nasty juice that tastes burny to the op.

Thanks everyone i was using the smok species with the coil included can’t remember details on it with a ivg 70/30 i think i may have had the wattage up too high for the new coil

ivg has very high sweetner content and will clog coils up quicker than a lot of other juice.
the wattage range on coils is just a guide and doesnt mean that is what you must use. ive got coils that go upto 120watts but am quite happy vaping at 50-60w but i always start at 25w and turn up every few puffs.

Am I looking at 50/50 juice with 18mg nic shot then and start from low to high on wattage?

the smok species 220watt is a sub ohm kit so 70vg is best.

50/50 is more for mouth to lung tanks using high ohm coils 1.8, 1.6ohm at much lower wattage like 10-14watts.

not sure on the nicotine I thought it would be okay to just add the 18mg to the 50 to make 60 yea and i sold the species i was looking at the smok thallo pod kit
