ok, so I'm still new at this DIY lark, and i have just got a load of new flavours to play with and wondered what would be the best way to waste the least amount of juice.

should i mix up a few ml of each concentrate to my normal pg/vg/nic ratio and let it steep to get the correct flavour %, then play around with mixing the steeped juices? would this give me an accurate representation of a flavour that had been combined at initial mix and then steeped?

or should i just bite the bullet and mix my intended flavours at approx % ratios into my base, allow to steep and then fiddle with the flavour %, steep some more, repeat as necessary?

any pointers would be great.

i tried that theory
i mixed 11 bottles at 10% ,12mg..mostly fruits, allowed me to play about and see what went well with what..
handy at work that i could make up different combo's on the go..4drops of this ,2 of that straight into the evod.
Tbh though...some needed to be stronger than 10% and some weaker..
And ultimately its not much use for actually working out a recipe..well maybe if your a mathematical genius ..but i'm not.
Well regarded clone recipes are the way if you dont want to waste juice..
I'm trying to get close to digby's,mother's milk and a few others, but it certainly ain't economical :-(

Mixing from the outset for me, but with a new idea, I'll usually just make up 5ml as a tester, then tweak if needed for a 10ml bottle later. If very nervous, you could make up a zero nic tester, but it won't be a 100% reflection, as nic will alter the flavour & throat hit
