helps make the VG thinner so it mixes better, it can also mute the flavours though if you heat it too much and for too long.Quick question as I'm new to all this why are you heating it?
Can I ask how you deal with the labels when you use the ultrasonic as surely it would wreck them!For me its a hour or two in a ultrasonic cleaner straight after mixing then in a dark cupboard, for fruit flavors I leave them at least a week and creme's at least 2 weeks.
