very happy with all my orders. me dont care if it takes 2 days or 5 days as we all understand you have a life and a family to care for.
does this person know that you run this as a sideline to raise funds for charity and you dont have endless numbers of staff standing around waiting for orders to come in.

Quick question for all are you happy with the service we are providing as we have had a very rude customer email us complaining about postage cost and time taken for his order to be sent. customer ordered wednesday and his order was posted thursday.

Youve always been first class in communication postage and producing quality juice.
