My Epack does it again

Just to say out loud and shout from the rooftops that My Epack are the awesome ist company I have dealt with.

I purchased a black IPv4 that I was thrilled with until it decided it wanted to carry on its career as a paperweight instead of fulfilling its first calling.
I contacted Ash who messaged me back as soon as he could as he had family stuff going on and told me to return it.

I sent it back Friday just gone and Mr Postie bought a brand new replacement today I was so pleasantly surprised and have been fogging out my place of work all day.

Thank you Ash you have made me a very happy bunny and I shall be ordering more goodies from you on payday
