It's a test run before I got a nice piece of wood and an sx350 for a good one.

I used a Vamo 510 as I had one to hand, I had to modify the battery holder as maplins didn't have the right size and the button isn't the best but it works :D

It's a bloody mess but I learned a few lessons for my next one. My next one will have a sx350 chip, USB charging port, mosfet, better 510, better button, thicker wire and a lot smaller box.

Good work sir, note that you won't need both an SX350 and a Mosfet, its an either or kinda deal.

You've fallen into the trap, you think your first one is crap and you know you can do better next time, and the time after that lol. Keep up the good work :)
The sx comes with a crappy tactile switch fire button, cut it off and replace with a fire button of your choice, any amp rating.

As long as it works and is safe it's a success. I think it looks ok... am sure you will hone your skill and become more tidy... but good job

+1 what they said!!!

You made it and it works, that should be enough to put a smile on your face!

Nice work, I really like the Retro button look!

Good work, and be prepared to be consumed by the MOD making bug!

Welcome to the box club ;-) like said above, no need for a mosfet with an sx350. Its an easyish build :-)

A plastic shearlock pcb board box?!!!!???!!!
Genius ! Would never of thought of using one of those. Well done.
