This is frustrating. I have 2 mods here charging 4 batteries and its happening on both of them. There is no way 2/4 batters are faulty. i cant mix them up either i dont think as 1 is 2500mah and the other is 3000mah or does that not matter? I dont know what to do. Should i order a new mod and another set of batteries and start again?

Batteries should remain in married pairs and they should be the same as each other.
It will make a difference. The mAh is, put simply, the amount of useable energy contained in the cell. If they start off different and deplete at the same rate, then one will run empty before the other, although that alone would not seem to account for all the discrepancy described. I'd be inclined to suspect an issue with one or more of the battery terminals. They may just need a good clean, but regardless of that do yourself a favour and get a new matching pair of cells. I number my sets so I can rotate them, by which I mean I swap the order each time I recharge them so if there is a slight discrepancy they will remain more or less balanced.
