I made one tip out of a tigger pin top for wife and she loves it only thing is I had to cut part feet and remove tail plus drill out the center more but easy and fun to do with plastic you can carve and cut insted of grind and drill

Roses are red, Titanium is blue... except when anodized bronze.

I really like the idea of making tips fit to each individual ato and therefore avoid annoying wobliness.
All the tips have some cosmetic flaws, but I have been learning quite bit when making those.
Any idea how to get smooth and glossy finish to delrin?

How do they vape... Can't answer that. i am a n00b and don't have too many other drip tips to compare with.

I make drip tips on a lathe and you were asking about getting the delrin smooth and a finished look, you would need to make them a little proud and then use micromesh to 'sand' them down and smooth them off, get a burnishing cream to finish them off

I have no plans selling these. Takes hours to make one with my primitive tools (I don't have lathe), my health prevents me dealing with deadlines, stress and shit like that. And also this is probably not the right place to sell stuff... sorry
