Review Nemesis clone magnets

Had some magnets sent to me to pop into my nem clone (unknown who the maker is, sorry) these are supposed to work better with the switch than the usual metal spring.

Astro_Vape kindly provided photos in another thread for me and the jester kindly messaged me with help.

Due to my replacement pin dropping out and into the base of the switch i thought may as well put the magnets in as im opening the bottom anyway.

Couple of seconds later magnets are in, pin back in place and all connected up.

Everything feels like it is working together now. It doesnt feel like the switch will unscrew easy anymore - infact the switch only moves a few mill either way now and is also more responsive to being pressed (female = delicate touch) instead of a hit / miss response due to the springs.

Dont get me wrong the nem is good as it comes, but if you want better then get magnets installed.

Me mate Dave has some of these in production at the mo which he'll be listing on his site when they arrive. Both n35 and n45. I've found them to be a vast improvement over the spring. Dan Dan the vaping man gave me a couple of pairs and they've been in constant use since.

yep I've got genuine Atmomixani magnets in both my nem clones

I've got the ft magnets in my nemesis's too (got my brass from ft today ), very nice action and highly recommend. Just don't play with the magnets too much like I did (mine are quite brittle) as I got a ten pack and broke three doh!

Can you see from the broken bits whether they are triple plated? Nickel/copper/nickel they should be but it's possible to cut costs by just having a single nickel plate

I did get a pair from my boss for the Launcher (He had a few spare)... And my god, what an improvement.
The launcher switch was bloody good to start with, but now, (I hate to say this)... It's better than a genuine Paps... D:
