Nemesis switch advice

no probs here either....ive heard of them breaking when its been dropped, or when switch taken apart to clean but not while in use

It's probably something I've done. I'm loving my nemesis but have had to mess about with the switch a LOT. It stopped working on sunday night, so I unscrewed the switch, three bits of broken magnet boinged out and the whole thing disintegrated into it's component parts all over the floor of the pub. Thank god a friend's keen eyesight managed to spot the tiny brass post before it ended up in the tread of someone's shoe!

the only issue i have is the bottom pin working loose sometimes...not much space to grip it to tighten properly so every now nad then it feels 'clicky' so just unscrew and tighten

Those magnets, if they're any good should last years. Yours might have broke under duress from pressing with the spring in there too. For the record, i pinch my lower contact pin up with a pair of long nose pliers... Carefully, just enough to stop it coming undone.
