It seems to be hitting the spot quite nicely thanks.
It's definitely doing it, I've had one ciggie in three days, as I left home without ma'mod when I shouldn't have.
But the learning experience is good. Some flavours aren't as smooth as others and Ive got about a dozen little bottles to mix and match flavours (currnetly Arctic Cherry and New York Cheesecake is rattling around in my tank. ).
