Cross fingers that my Kayfun 3.1 clone will turn up tomorrow, I will clean it before I use it but is there anything I should look out for or give extra attention to? like the fill holes or any metal shavings or metallic taste that would require extra cleaning? It's the Hcigar one from Vapegeek, are they usually pretty clean already? Thanks in advance.

You still want to wash it with some warm soapy water and maybe a mild disinfectant :)

Got mine from those nice people as well.

And this is not, in any way, a go at, dig, put down, bad review or anything else you can think of.

I found that there was a fair bit of manufacturing gunk (for want of a better word) in the nooks and crannies.
Strip it right down as far as possible, being very careful not to lose any bits. (Small screws etc). Give it a good soak in cleaner of choice, rinse well. Then you will need to get some type of cloth/rag, I used a bit of shammy leather. And wipe round all things threaded. You will feel like little snaggy bits, that's the sworf in the threads. Keep wiping until the threads are snag free. There might not be any there. Only found a few bits in mine. And it's just from the manufacturing process that's got stuck in the thread.

Another rinse in warm/hot water, dry, assemble and vape.

As already said it's not a go at anyone or thing, as 99-100% of kit has some manufacturing gunk left on/in it.
