Mine still just says order received has the 10th as scheduled ship date too + it's going with sing post so I may as well try and forget about it for now, however every time I look at my origin I'll be wishing it had an aqua on top lots of sad tonight

Anyone know of a good/best kayfun lite or 3.1 es from china? Tried tobeco kfl which wasnt great and focalecig sold out. Anyone know about the 3.1 on ft?
Im really considering ordering the original kfl+ in the uk. Only £66.
Opinions greatly appreciated as usual

I cracked and bought a pukka KFL+ from cloud9, when my clone went missing in HK post. Got the clone in the end, too.

IMO the quality of the genuine is far better, and the Lite+ is better than the 3.1
Just remember the postage when you weigh it up.

I just saw a comment on Farcebook from Alba Vapours stating they're initiating copyright infringement notices against FT for the Cobra clones.Wonder how many other creators that FT clone will/already have start(ed)similar actions.

Also said FT had removed the clones from sale the last time and the post I read sounded distinctly angry about FT selling them again,but also included were any vendors selling the clones in the UK,alibaba and several other companies.

Last I knew the logo was trademarked here in the UK, not sure about China, but they can go after anyone using the logo on their product. FT normally honors the TM and will pull or quickly sell off what they have. POTV is trademarked and we have had success with stopping companies using it here in the UK.

Very true, TM and CR in China costs about £1300 (last I looked) and its not a far fetched price considering the profit some of the people make.

Just to be clear, the Cobra logo is what has been "cloned" the actual "Cobra" has not been cloned (at least to my knowledge) and what they are selling as the "Cobra" doesnt even come close to looking like the real thing anyways.

Baby steps If they have CR and TM they start by removing the sales in the UK to kill that line of selling.

If theyve not got TM in China, they cant do much of anything, but by removing local sellers, it removes customers for wholesale, which means the manu will most likely change the logo to regain those whole sale customers

What a fun day filling Intellectual property rights disputes with paypal, ebay, alibaba. vendors and still more to go. what a waste of a productive day
just because others want to get rich of someone product name. would love to see more modders do the same considering how much they make from sales.

  Bob Paterson well I ordered Monday lunch time and got my stuff up in Aberdeen Tuesday so it's certainly not affecting your service. I like many prefer the original to a knock off, even a good knock off and with service like that there's no need to go elsewhere
