The cheaper one comes with the hybrid pin, 2nd drip tip and red o rings like the original.

Nobody knows bud, the more expensive comes in a tobeco box so its assumed tobeco and the cheaper one looks much better finish and comes with the hybrid adapter and silver pins

Edit I've gone for the cheaper as it looks to be better quality.
