How's the knurling on the lock ring? The one I have seen looked decent but the lock ring looked like it wasn't brass and had been manufactured by someone who had the vaguest of ideas what knurling actually was - think that was the three tube set

i also had the 3 tube set and i can some that one up in one word...bollox...no slots so not good for my tanks...knurling shite...shite button...sold sharpish

Did yours come polished like that?

The one Pauly got has a solid brass locking ring and slots in the top cap for air flow, one 18650 tube and comes polished but I think from the looks Pauly has re polished

The one we all got with 3 tubes has no air slot and shitty plated bad crap rubbish locking ring lol.

Just got my vela set so have been looking long and hard at my JM set thinking to sell or not to sell. The only thing that is making me want to keep it is how well the grooves match the fogger top cap

I know the general advice about juice from Fasttech is "don't" - but supposing they have one that I want to try regardless? If I were to take a chance on ordering, is there a shipping option that has a better chance of actual delivery, or is this a doomed prospect altogether?
