I'm thinking these are the same mod as the polished version and FT are just cutting costs by requesting non polished finish from manufacturers. I reckon these will polish up Ok without loosing the logos. I hope!!

i can only go by what i have adam...the polished one...and with one quick wipe with a cape cod the black on the etching came off, which i dont mind it looks better for it but once you start hitting it with the grades of paper it will take it down pretty quick i reckon

I'm hopeful that the etching will be deep enough to take a polishing but will have to wait for it to turn up first.. Let's hope

Keep your eyes peeled on the classies. There may be a caravela clone with torched tubes going up in the not too distant future. !!

Cancelled the brass stingray and got the ss one with drip tip. Am thinking I can polish it up and give it a light Torching to give it that nice phantom brass colour.
