Should be doable, train fare isn't really an issue, I have a £10 off voucher with red spotted hanky to use up, but the last train back is 21.30 which is a bit rubbish!

It s an unlikely from me at this point, but on the other hand, I usually only definitely know what is what about five minutes before or after whatever it is is meant to be happening.
