Welcome back to the Planet @aldo923 you need the support as well as the willpower to quit so don't be a stranger, i never thought i would be able to quit smoking but i have. And it's all down to me....joking , it's down to the advice and support from the guys on here who are a massive help everyday. You can stay off the ciggies so stay off the ciggies.
