In terms of which tank is best of Protank Mini and Evod, personal taste, most folk who like one usually like the other. Evod is cheaper, but it is plastic, so there are some juices that might crack it (things with cinnamon, some ripe bananas, acidic flavours etc), so you might fancy getting one or two protank minis (which are quite a bit dearer, but have glass tanks) and then a handful of Evods for the safer flavours.
I've had no problems with the FastTech Evods and have an Itaste VV on order at the moment - it's incedibly cheap, but it is in China and can take 2-4 weeks on average to arrive. I'd therefore suggest you might want to save the time and invest a little more on a UK based vendor (you can always investigate FastTech when you decide to enlarge the tank or battery collection). I'd definitely stick with UK sites for your juice for now (and I wouldn't ever recommend FastTech juices).
You may also want to invest in a choice of PG/VG ratios for your first juices, to find out what suits you. Many juices come in a standard 80/20 or 70/30 PG/VG blend - PG provides throat hit and carries flavour better, VG provides vapour but mutes flavours a bit. I don't like the harsh throat hit with the higher PG blends, so I mix my own at 50/50.
I'm no expert on juice suppliers (because I am my own supplier), but I've bought a small amount, and the nicest I've found was at
www.vape-space.co.uk (they're a vendor on here) with their own range of Fansasy Vapez. I got a few 10mg bottles at 50/50 - lots of flavour, throat hit fine.
Another juice that's raved about (not tried it myself) is Monkey Jizz (Banana Custard if I'm not mistaken) - can't offer the vendor for that - someone will be able to. Snake Oil also gets good reviews.
