New to mixing - Advice needed!

Can't quote you all so will tag you all with comments :D
Lord Grim : I've seen that stuff mentioned on the wiki but I wouldn't even know where to start with it. Is it just a case of using as you would any other solution? or is there special ways to use it?
twoeyedbob : I will take a look at that now!
Fleabag : I won two flavours from them which I think off the top of my head is Blueberry muffin and maple syrup
cheersm8 : Cheers for the tip! Is this the case on plastic and glass syringes?
Audiopsyence : I will probably take a look at the alchemists cupboard concentrates as their a producer I do enjoy
NINman : Looked today in my local chemist and they only had the eye droppers :( I shall take a look further a field on the weekend if I don't find any to my liking on the interweb!
jcol : Again with the boots recommendation! :P That website looks good, what's their delivery charge/time like?

Again thank you all for you comments and advice/help!

What size syringes do you all recommend and how many of each is good to start off with just a trial mix session?

Cheers
Greebs

What stuff? The Boots VG? Yeah, just use it like any other VG, although it is quite viscous, I cut mine with approx. 10% vodka. (Word to the wise, don't use your wife's Grey Goose, they get quite nippy about things like that)

Greebs Plastic, I've not used glass so I don't know if the numbers wear off them or not.

Sizes? I bought a range of sizes, but now I only use 2, a 1ml and a 10ml. A wide bore needle is handy too, especially for VG.

I have 5ml & 1ml (the latter is handy for precise flavour quantities). I don't bother with a needle for VG, I just take the needle off the syringe. To be honest, with VG, I've got it cheapest from ebay by the litre.

I loved the Fantasy Fudge flavours, but sadly these are no more (though I have enough in reserve to last me a long time).

Though more expensive than FF, I've found Capella to be good flavour strength & quality.

I've just been on leisure liquids and noticed they have a good range of needles/syringes etc, probably going to order from here!

+1 on mixing hardware via eBay. Seeing as you are now starting mixing, a little tip regarding syringes - Cover the measurement graduations with either clear tape, or, even better, paint over them with clear nail varnish. The numbers and graduation lines wear off in no time!
They are meant to be disposable ... what a bunch of cheapskates we vapers are?
Simplest method I've found is to keep your fingers off the printed gauge and just rinse the syringe afterwards in water - don't wipe it with a tissue - not problem then. Only when you rub it does the print come off. Don't fancy nail varnish in my liquids. ;)
