I am currently almost 3 weeks into my vaping and have a few questions about mods. At the moment I am vaping my Nic Salts in a Aspire Nautilus AIO that I absolutely love, I also have an Aspire Pockex which I use for my normal e-juice. I am also the owner of the Innokin Proton (love this mod) and the Smok Venano. My question is what would I need to get to use Nic Salts in the Proton and Veneno ?
Thanks In Advance

Both mods will accept any tank that has a 510 pin (thread). To use nic salts you can use any tank, although depending on the strength of nic salt your using you may need an MTL style if you want to replicate the AIO. If you can expand on your current usage, ie nic strength in AIO & whether this is what you replicate. Nic salts can be used in all tanks, nic strength being adjusted to suit eithe MTL or DTL.

The salts I use are 20mg, I use 24mg on normal Freebase liquid when not vaping the salts, from what I have kind of learned is to use coils over 1.0ohm at lower wattage and you can't sub ohm nic salts, I generally vape MTL. Thanks for the quick reply @nwhornet

Any tank that takes coils around 1.0ohm will be fine. There's a multitude to choose from, from Aspire, Innokin & many others. Personally I couldn't recommend anything as I'm strictly a sub ohm cloud chucking hooligan vaper :D but tanks like the Innokin Zlide are well thought of as well as Aspires Nautilus range. Hopefully someone more MTL savvy will be along to give you more options.

Generally (and wrongly) people assume nic salts are always high strength.

You wouldn't (usually) subohm with 18mg freebase, and you shouldn't (usually) subohm with 20mg salts.

Lower strength salts are effectively equal to lower strength freebase...

Frankly, the normal (American influenced) opinion of "never subohm salts" is bullshit.

Hey @LordOdin as mentioned really the most recommended prebuilt coil tanks for MTL would be the Nautilus range and the Zenith or Zlide (Innokin) I personally use a Zlide and it's damn fine.

My son mentioned the Zenith not really looked at the Zlide he also mentioned the Nautilus, I have seen a Zenith that comes with 5 free 1.6 ohm coils but what sort of wattage am I looking at for Nic Salts ?

The wattage really will be down to personal preference, some people will vape at a higher wattage than others. The 1.6 coil will vape between 10-14w but there is a whole range of z-coils available for the Zlide/zenith
