New to vaping a few questions !!

hiya guys, i have been vaping now for the past 5 days and have so far managed to kick my 30per day habbit so im happy with that

The model i am using is the ego-k witch i think is pretty good although i have nothing to compare it to !!!

OK a few bug bears i am hoping u guys can help me with....


1, It seems to be not vaping aswell as is was a week ago , not much smoke or taste and the taste i do get is like a burning ??
,at first i thought battery so i have been leaving on charge for a while and in between using it but its still not producing much vapor or taste !!

is it the tank thing ?? if so is there an alternative design that lasts longer for heavy users ??

2, i have been using the 18mg nicotine tabaco flavor as there was no 36mg in stock when i purchased it !! does the 36mg provide that bit extra satisfaction ??

3, and finally how does everyone rate the ego models ?? its been ok to get me started but are there any much better things out there that produce massive vapour for not to much ££££

What clearomiser/cartomiser/atomiser are you using on the Ego-K Battery?

is it the tank thing ?? if so is there an alternative design that lasts longer for heavy users ??

Cartos/Clearos/and atties are disposable items and are relatively cheap in comparison to buying cigs, they can last anywhere from a few days to a few months all dependent on how much its used, whats used in it, and how you vape. There is nothing that lasts indefinately.

Everyone is different, I started at 36mg and can now vape 12mg with absolutely no side effect or desire to increase the nic. Its all dependant on you and I personally find 36 too much. You, on the other hand, might like it.

Egos are just batteries, they are great devices for starters, back ups, all time use. Massive vapour comes from the juice make up, VG creates more Vapour, PG creates more taste and throathit. Its all a lovely game of trial and error to find what works for you

Vegetable Glycerin (VG) is a thick, sweet liquid. VG produces luscious clouds of vapor. VG also imparts a sweeter taste to your liquid.

Propylene Glycol (PG) is a much thinner tasteless liquid. PG produces more of a “throat hit” than VG does, which simulates the feel of smoking better. PG also has a higher rate of sensitivity for some people, meaning that some people just can’t use PG in their vape.

And for the ego yes anything with a 510 connection which is the most common connection you get in Vaping

The link you posted shows a CE5 clearomizer, if you have that one, you can replace the heating part on it. That will make it virtually NEW again. No burning flavour and more vapour.

You can put anything on your ego battery that has a 510 or Ego Threading, that one will fit, but it will also make your Ego awkward and very top heavy, you will also not be able to put it on its side.


The CE4 you have is not interchangeable and you will need to purchase a whole new head for it. If you have been using that for a weeks time, you got its moneys worth out of it. You can give it a good wash out in warm water, shake the water our and let the wick inside dry out, this will help it last a lil longer.

hi , yes i have used it for 5 days , i thought it might be the problem lol .... no im not in warrington i an in wirral so not to far away though

witch tank do you reccomend that is interchangeable ? coulds you post a link to a good stockist for me ??
