When your 12mg arrives take what's left of your 18mg and then pour in the same amount of 12mg and it will then give twice as much of 15mg. Give that a try and if it's still a mite strong, keep adding small amounts of 12mg until you get it to what you want.

As for a banner. Just have a look around at the different types that different folk have, then when you find one you prefer, click on their banner and it usually takes you to the banner website where you can set up your own.
