Hi all, been vaping for 8 weeks now.
I recently used. Bristol airport, when I arrived I asked if I could vape while waiting to check in was told they could see no problem with it.
after vaping for 20 mins another employee approached me and said e cigs not allowed inside. So popped it into my checked luggage. Did this as did not want to risk taking it on as hand held and it being confiscated.
on way back from lanzarote met three people who were vaping outside on airside. They told me no prob taking in hand luggage as they put thier e liquid in plastic bag and show it when going through customs and have battery in hand luggage. Good learning will now travel with my vape in hand luggage.
the other place I have vaped was in subway sandwich place. I asked at the counter and the very young lass said is it smoke I said no and she just shrugged her shoulders..result!
I enjoy testing the boundaries..any others places you found you can vape?

Im always vaping in touchwood and ive seen others doing it too, walking by security and they dont bat an eye lid

I find most people are cool with it and want to try and ask questions. I have a lovely slightly crazy old lady come sit with me and we had a chat about vaping in the centre of worcester town the other day. She said she was going to get her self one too..... she did ask if i was a busker which i think may have been my dreads to be fair, but a lovely lady none the less.

I wear my "ee" round me neck on a lanyard like specs.

I reckon I've vaped in most places / stores either on purpose or just by habit or accident just about everywhere where I live, including the supermarkets!

Mind you, I am such an "ee" protagonist that most folk in the small town where I live already know the benefits of everything "ee" and quite likely know someone who has at least tried "ee's" if not stopped completely - and to think NHS employ folk to do this with little or no success - I should get paid for it  right?

I always ask if I can vape before I go into a pub or cafe and so far, so good.

Out of respect, I would never vape in anyone's home without asking first and I would never vape in front of kids knowingly.

I always ask at the bar and have yet to be told no. I think a bit of politeness goes a long way!
