Hi all, gave up smoking 2 weeks ago, and was about to succumb again when discovered vaping.
i smoked roll ups, about 10 a day (secret smoker from my kids, used to batch roll and store) I tried a nicotine patch once in the past and was nauseous as anything after 2 hours. Sensitive to nicotine I guess.
ive got nicolites rechargeable, low nicotine. After 2 days, I'm enjoying, but get slight slight queasiness and dry ish softish throat ( not terrible but noticeable)
i realise that many of you consider nicolites rechargeable to be not the best ( why can I not see the ingredients on their website? I have no idea of the PG/VG in them).
i want to know what would be better to use in your opinion for someone like me, a mum of two young kids, don't want to be vaping in front of them, so can't be sitting about refilling all the time ( but could occasionally). Is there a system as convenient as these but better? Or nearly as convenient. Realise there will be some work involved, don't mind that, but needs to be fairly subtle..
