New Vaper - Advice Needed

Hi All,

I have been vaping for a while and use a combination of the Innokin VV2 and MVP3 with various tanks including the Kanger Aerotank.

I have recently bought my first Mod and Atomizer after doing research on Youtube about how to build coils, battery usage, ohms etc.


I have a clone mod (Cronus) and Trident v2 Clone atomizer and have been building coils using 0.35mm wire but for some reason I don't seem to be able to get the types of clouds I've seen the guys at the shop that sold me blow. Also the vaping is not even as pleasant as when I use my regulated devices. I did have a try of a RDA mod e-cig from the guy at the shop and it was brilliant. I am trying to replicate and think I'm doing something wrong.

Any advice would be appreciated.

The best way is to go back on youtube & get in with those tutorials because they really show you clearly how to go on. It's all in the detail with those coil builds.
What kind of coils are you building ? Micro coils (Tightly wrapped) or evenly spaced regular coils ? What wick material are you using ?

Do you have a devise to read the resistance of your coils ? Perhaps one of your other devices. If you have a look at this thread - http://www.planetofthevapes.co.uk/forums/showthread.php/35250-Wick-Wars

I was talking to someone else there about a similar thing. If there's anything you can take from it, maybe it could help.

are you direct lung inhaling or mouth to lung? lung hits give the big clouds, but you will need a higher VG mix juice for that, also would use lower nic as well or you will probably cough up your lungs!!!

100% VG and NO nic will give you big clouds. As long as your RDA is getting enough air.
