Great that you joined the forum but joining to contact a vendor about an order isn't the best reason in the world

The forum plays NO part in transactions between members and vendors. Any issues you have are between you and them. With some exceptions, not that many vendors spend their days looking at forums anyway. You are better off contacting them directly with whatever problem you are experiencing

I am more of a lurker! I enjoy this website, but I read other peoples posts. I saw the guy posted here, so though I'd join up to try and contact.
