The most generic starter kits out there these days are usually with the ego / CE4. Funnily enough I actually really liked the Kanger T2 when I was using them (now use the mini protank).
The EVODs were a bit airy for me with the 3 holes instead of 2. (protank also has 3 holes, but I find it better than a drag on a EVOD).
