I was looking for resources to help me make my first purchase and I came across this:**REMOVED FOR SPAM**
I am a complete newbie to vaping and I want a cost efficient e-cig with cost efficient cartridges. What do you think? Is that something I should follow or stay away from?
There are way to many guides online, you guys seem like experts. Educate me
