The one next to the Infirmary? Do you crave first thing? Could try 24mg in the morning then drop to say 18 in the day?

I know the one I may pop along, meet some new people I normally crave one when I'm getting bored if I'm not doing anything at night

I started on 24mg for a week. I'd been smoking rollies but only had one the day I started vaping. Got withdrawal systems to a degree but nothing like cold turkey. After a week I knocked it down to 18mg and have been fine. My ritual is now linked with fiddling with atomizers, building coils, filling tank etc rather than rolling. It works! Now I'm going into DIY mixing and the next stage is knock the mg down to 16 and slowly lower every month until I'm free!

I'll still vape even if nicotine free though cos I'm loving the nerd element!

Well your more than welcome mate. Vape and come on here, 2 birds and 1 stone n all that lol. The cravings usually go, you've just gotta fine tune what you need. Your not on ya own, we've all been through it.

I've got two rebuildables but I never thought to just play around with one! once I got them working nicely that was it, but that might be a good way to stop some cravings

18mg steady, since day one 3 years back

i vay between 12mg during the day to 18 mg on evenings

I started off on 12mg for around 2 weeks and am now on 6mg

Started on 12mg a few weeks ago and already experiencing occasional headaches, which may be down to moving onto the dual coils of a Protank 3, so will be dropping the nic level once I've finished my current supply of liquids.

I bought 24mg the first time but thought it a bit powerful so mixed it with 8mg to get approx 16mg. I generally buy between 12 and 18 but I'm flexible if I want something only available in higher or lower. I don't think it makes much difference to me now but everybody is different.
