18mg is what I went for when I first started vaping as I thought that being a pretty serious smoker of 20-25 big fat roll-ups a day, that is what I would need. Howsomever, custards, assorted fruits, pastries etc arguably tend to taste nicer than fags and needing to keep my hands occupied and being just a little obsessive with my new toys, found myself vaping much more often than I would light up. My overall impression after several weeks was that I had probably upped my actual nicotine consumption way beyond what it was before. Gave 12mg a go and felt better for it without undue pining so..... Tried 6mg mtl too. That was a definite nope. Throat too scritchy for DTL today, maybe because of the extra temperature or different technique or something and still finding even 3mg very marginally rough. Still, I'm near enough I think.
