Nicotine poisoning/vaped too much symptoms

My OH got ill when he first started using his cloud beast and chain vaping 6mg liquids. Took him days to recover. We brought him down to 3mg and hes been fine since then thank goodness
 
It's funny because I was using 6mg and decided it was to harsh and dropped to 3mg on my Pico 25 and was vaping at 40w and got quite light headed and spacey. This was on an 88Vape mod liquid but then changed to Doozy Greek Delight @ 24w and seems ok, but couldnt really tell as I was having a beer too lol

I'm getting some 0mg and nic lozenges to try and kick the nic.
 
If I’m chain vaping I like the nic hit and light headed-Ness but I know I’ve had too much and stop immediately if I feel sick. I vape 3mg sub-ohm
