No Resistance and resistance wire joining

Im aware you can either a : twist it
b: joine it via melting with some insane battery device or
c: use some sort of crimps ..

My question to you laverly people is ... what crimps can be used ... and where do you get them from ?

With @stealtvapes he supplies the crimps. Have you seen todds video with the spot welder for joining the wires? Looks good but expensive.

any further updates on any low cost methods of doing this?

ive been trying to twisting method but 2x2 0.20mm wires are coming out too thick for the ceramiccup holes.

jrob3rts does the "The Zap" which is a lower cost wire joiner that is excellent .. I use one all the time

I don't see why .20mm wires would be too thick, but if you can't be arsed persevering, Grey Haze do bundles of thirty premade 1.8ohm for about 2 or 3 quid, I think.

i think im not twisting them tight enough. used the last of my 0.2mm kanthal in the process so gonna have to wait a wee bit to try again.

Generally speaking, you are not meant to be putting the joins themselves through any holes though, if that is what you meant.
