Thought I would break cover as have been using the forums to help decide what hardware and juice to buy and feel it’s only fair to add my comments on a few juices as I am grateful for everyone else’s comments which led me where I am.
As far as hardware goes I didn’t want to spend a fortune on a “mod” until I was sure vaping was for me, now I know it is I will be looking for a new piece of hardware for xmas. After trying friends kit and reading numerous reviews I went for the entry level Vision Spinner and I have to say I have been very impressed with its build quality and performance. The variable voltage is a must as it allows me to tailor the setting depending on the fluid/ clearomizer I am using.
As far as clearomizers, the Kanger T3 and a Protank mini are superb and give a very free hit. I have just ordered a Vivi Nova as I have used a friends and that too is great and gives a very different “pull/drag” to the Kanger/Pro which I feel would suit certain juices.
Onto the juices and obviously this is the hardest part as taste is subjective but I have tried a fair few different flavours and here are my thoughts a few of them;
Ecto Plasma
Disappointing, no issue with throat hit or vape production, the flavour just didn’t do it for me. It reminds me of Matey bubble bath but not in a pleasant way. Got better after a week steeping but still not a liquid I will use again.

Odd one this, smells lovely out of the bottle with notes of caramel and chocolate and you get that on the vape too but there is an odd tang that I can’t put my finger on hat I don't like, shame as otherwise would be top notch. Goes well with a pint of real ale.
Pluid (cutter)
Can’t get hold of any Pluid in the UK at the moment so got some cutter to try as will need it when it is available to cu the Pluid. WOW, I like Sambuca/aniseed and it’s a good job this packs loads of flavour that lasts. Can’t wait to try the “full fat” version when its available.
ROAR Vanilla
My 2nd favourite, didn’t think I would like it, but it’s the perfect balance of flavour/sweetness (not too sweet) which make it a great all day Vape. If you like Vanilla and haven't tried ROARS take I urge you to try it.
TMAX Snake Oil
What can I say, truly blown away by this stuff…..if you like a vape with a slight menthol/aniseed throat hit or are not sure then give this a try. There is definitely citrus in there too of some sort, I could vape this all day long but find its great with spirits - G&T/Rum&Coke or after food as it’s a very cleansing taste.
