Not sure if i have been scammed?

Hey guys, as the title says I think i have been scammed. I could be being overdramatic lol.

I have placed an order with vapeology uk on Tuesday and paid for next day delivery and nothing has arrived. I have emailed, messaged and called them. no reply back yet and the phone line doesn't go through. has anyone bought from these guys before?. I have my go too vendors but these guys were the only people with billet box stuff in stock.

Hi @BaerGrimm and welcome to the planet.

In this day and age especially with covid there is no gaurantee you will ever receive any quicker by paying the extra for next day delivery.

have you received an invoice email and a dispatch email

Looks like they have Facebook, might be worth try to contact them on there if you haven't already.

Also, next day delivery usually means next day from when a company posts it, not from when you place the order.

thanks for the replies, yeah its not the one in Ashford. and there is not anything on their website about delivery or anything like that. I know about the covid delivery situation, its the fact that i have never ordered from them before and no body was getting back to me and the phone was dead. as luck would have it they have replied and apparently had some recent fraudulent transactions and my payment might have been flagged. it has been marked as shipped now so all good! thank you for your help.

I’m glad to hear it’s been shipped!
I’ve payed for next day before 9AM (or 1, I might have the time wrong) only to be disappointed in the past.

I now just go for standard shipping on things I order, not just for vaping, unless I really do need it and the seller has told me they will post it that day.

I was looking at them a few days ago.

It’s a bit odd, on the site they have a residential house listed as their head office (fair enough) but it gives a ‘shipped from’ address which is another vendor’s shop (Cheekyvape). So not sure if it’s Cheekyvape’s website or if vapeologyuk are just forwarding orders and skimming a markup or what. Coincidentally, they both had the only Cthulhus left in the UK, both pink.
