What's new

Oh Shit ! I am dumb as a house brick !

I have been vaping for a while now. I currently use an 18650 powered mechanical mod with an Atlantis tank and sub ohm coils. Although I enjoy this I had a wee go on a dripper a while back and noticed a huge difference in the quality of flavour as well as the thicker clouds. So I bought one without doing the homework. I now know that was STUPID and feel like a bit of a dick. My new set up will arrive in a couple of days from FasTech (Nemesis Style Copper Mechanical Mod and Little Boy Styled Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer) What I need is for some higher primate to put things I need to know into some sort of order, as it looks a lot deeper than what I was expecting. Again I am a dick for not doing the homework beforehand, but it was cheap and very shiny :8:

Had this a while, maybe of use to you as a rough guide..

Yes, you can get used to a build & just know approximately how it's gonna come out, give or take a few points which don't really matter until you go silly low, say below 0.5ohm, then things are a wee bit different as you go lower (which i don't)
As for a resistance meter, i totally recommend one as part of an essential rebuilders kit. Stealthvape sell some really reliable meters & they're not bank breakers either. I also have a multi meter hanging around for checking batteries, very handy but not totally essential.

Excellent, this is how I like my info, reading pages of text just does not stick in my old silverback (ok more like a greyback :18: ) brain. Cheers vaporsizer :D

The patience and kindness of fellow apes on this forum is a credit to our community. I am a member of other forums related to other hobbies/sports I am involved in, and info when it is shared is rarely shared without a hint of grudge or even sarcasm on those other forums. Apes I applaud you :D

Any other hints, especially with pictograms (mind I am thick as a brick :S) would be greatly appreciated, as is the info you have already shared with me. GO APES :D

My biggest hint is plenty of batteries. If your not going to go down the volt reader attachment as mentioned earlier, then swap batteries the moment you realise something has changed. This will become obvious the more you use it. But i can now tell when my voltage drops so not to over do the batteries. Sorry for long post lol

No grudges at all but i'll confess to sarcasm & dryness at times :D

haha, really though, it never hurts to ask stuff.

Cheers mate, my LUC S2 dual charger has a voltage meter on it. I know what you mean as I can tell the difference when the power starts to drop off in the mech mod I have. As a consequence my batteries revolve in and out of the charger constantly. :D

Plenty of sarcasm here, but in a fun (banter) way. never when someone needs to know about safety, or anything along the lines of safety! :D You get the odd tit, but that just happens can't really stop that, it has to be said, this is one of the best places to be!
