ohm coil reader or volt meter?

Hi ya

Want to have another bash at coil making on my day off.

Ive had a dodgy ohm reader and not sure i want another one!

Can i use a volt meter? You know that thing with the croc clips?

Or do i have to get another ohm reader? The little black box one?

Basically im maxed out and can get the yellow thing with croc clips for a few quid or the black box for £10.

Just havent got £10 ten p.day

why not get a vv/vw mod like a vamo it tells you the ohm of the coils on it thats what i did, for price of a ohm reader or multimeter you can get a used vamo which does same thing plus you can use it to vape lol

Havent a clue what a vamo is. Im a nemi girl

i have my mods / tanks that im happy with and put the question so everyone knew what i was asking

Gave away a volt meter that connected between the mod and the tank as i didnt think i would need it

There are a lot of newbies lately, some without tech knowledge and were probably wondering what the difference like i was.

I have got one in my kitbag. Blasted thing was faulty from receipt! Thats why my coils were reading the wrong figures. Ive asked for a refund but tempted to drop in after work tomorrow and swap it, after checking it works right first!
